TWB extends a huge thanks to the entire MASS Design team this week for their hard work on the design and construction facilitation of TWB’s new fuel-efficient oven! We began conversations with MASS Design in 2014, and have since worked closely together to make this oven a reality. This oven will be rolled out to TWB bakery groups, allowing for greater fuel efficiency as well as improved quality control in the baking process. Next up, we will begin working on a portable oven design, which will allow groups to move their ovens with them if they ever move bakery locations.

Once again a huge thanks to MASS Design! Extra special thanks go out to Garret Benisch, Allie Laccarino, and JP Uzabakiriho for volunteering so much of their time, energy, creativity, and passion to this project! Over the weekend, we celebrated with MASS by baking 12 yeast loaves & 5 banana breads. What a success. #breadpower
